Meet the Maker

Betsy Wild is a ceramic sculptor based in Florida whose work centers on animal forms and the physical process of making. With a background in illustration and creative direction, she brings a deep understanding of form, storytelling, and material to her sculptural practice. Wild builds each piece by hand, allowing the clay to remain visible and expressive as it moves from raw, gestural construction to refined detail through multiple firings. Her work reflects a return to hands-on making and a focus on presence, process, and the quiet power held within sculptural form.
